ASBESTOS TESTING
We analyse and report on any materials suspected of containing asbestos, including soil, air and fibres. We conduct our asbestos testing service in accordance with the relevant regulations to ensure compliance. Our asbestos environmental services provide you with peace of mind that your property does not contain asbestos and that anyone within the space is safe and protected from its harmful effects. We are fully licensed and have experience removing both friable (Class A) and non-friable (Class B) asbestos.
ASBESTOS SURVEYING
As part of our asbestos management services, we conduct asbestos-containing materials surveying to identify its location and condition. With our experience, skills, training and attention to detail, we offer quality-controlled asbestos management services in commercial and domestic buildings.
INDEPENDENT CLEARANCE INSPECTIONS
A qualified asbestos assessor will conduct independent clearance inspections in any area that has undergone asbestos removal services. These inspections are mandatory to ensure that the area is now safe for normal use and includes a visual inspection and, when required, air monitoring. Upon completion and passing of the inspection, we can issue clearance certificates.
Our Story
Asbestos is a well-known human carcinogen, with all forms of asbestos proven to cause cancer. The longer and more severe the asbestos exposure, the greater the risk of asbestos-related diseases. There has been no definitive identification of a lower limit of safe exposure ‒ all exposures are thought to contribute to disease risk.
